Situated just 300 metres from Seminyak’s beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife, the fully staffed Eshara Villas (formally known as C2 Residence) present sleek designer-chic and pared-back luxe. This versatile property can be rented as three independent and totally private two- and three-bedroom villas, or simply push back the walls to create 5 and 8 bedroom combinations sleeping up to 16. Each villa has its own swimming pool (with pool fence available), a glamorous living and dining space and an integrated kitchen, while all bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, king-size beds, dressing areas and TV/DVD players. The three villas are set in private, walled tropical gardens complete with frangipani trees, coconut palms, flowering plants, sun loungers and pool decks.

Welcome to Eshara, our urban-slick, ‘three-in-one’ villa offering eight, five, three and two bedroom options that make it perfect for everyone from romancing couples and small families all the way up to large groups of friends.

Situated off a quiet street, yet only 300 metres from Seminyak’s bustling beach, shops and restaurants, Eshara villas I, II and III each have their own private gardens and swimming pools – separated by a clever system of retracting garden walls – as well as individual indoor and outdoor living spaces and equipped, open-plan kitchens. When the whole villa is opened up as one, it can easily cater for up to 16 guests.

Eshara’s seductive interiors are designed to delight: think funky furnishings, brightly coloured artwork, fascinating artefacts and lush fabrics; a place where stone-carved Balinese goddesses invite you to be seated on cowhide chairs under opulent Swarovski crystal chandeliers. And this tropical living concept spills outside onto palm-tree-dotted lawns where you can lounge on pool decks or enjoy romantic dinners lit by flickering fire bowls.

Villa Eshara I consists of two pavilions built in an L-shape around a 12 x 5-metre green-tiled swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking and set within a garden filled with coconut palms, frangipani trees, tropical plants and flowers. One pavilion houses the large living, dining and kitchen area, the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms, while the second pavilion houses the remaining guest bedroom.

Villa Eshara II comprises an L-shaped pavilion housing a combined living, dining and kitchen area plus the master bedroom, with a second bedroom accessed via the garden. Outdoors the 7 x 4-metre pool and pool deck sits amidst a small tropical garden providing shade, colour and a sense of place.

Villa Eshara III comprises two pavilions built in an L-shape around a tropical garden and a 10 x 3.5-metre green-tiled swimming pool. A large and very comfortable living, dining and kitchen area and the master bedroom take up one pavilion while two guest bedrooms take up the other. Outdoors the pool deck is trimmed with coconut trees and tropical plants, including the ubiquitous frangipani, providing shade, colour and a pleasant sense of place.

Our team of highly competent and professional staff will make your holiday wishes come true. The villa manager and personal butlers are on hand to ensure you want for nothing and, if you’d rather not self-cater, our chef will prepare your meals from a large suggestion menu of Asian and Western favourites or according to your special requests.

With a staggering array of hedonistic pleasures virtually on the doorstep, Villa Eshara’s location is a wonderland for bon-vivants. Term and Condition

  • Rates and Taxes All rates are quoted in US Dollars and subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge
  • Rate may change without any notice. Any booking confirmed prior to the changes will not be adjusted to the new rate except if any government or other regulatory body impose any additional taxes or other charges which were unknown at the time of confirming the booking (Exotic Hideaways will of course inform the guests if this unlikely event does occur)
  • Villa rates are categorized in low season, mid/shoulder season, high season and peak season
  • Minimum stay: Low 2 nights, Shoulder 3 nights, High 5 nights and Peak 7 nights
  • Check in time: 3pm - Check out time: 12 noon
  • A late check out can be arranged subject to availability and additional charges may apply
  • Maximum occupants for Eshara are 16 people for 8 bedroom option, 10 people for 5 bedroom option, 6 people for 3 bedroom option and 4 people for 2 bedroom option. Any additional people staying at the villa must be authorized by Exotic Hideaways and additional charges may apply
  • The villa cannot be shared or sub-let and only people in the immediate confirmed booking party are permitted to stay at the property
  • A deposit of 20% of the rental amount must be paid within 5 days after receiving confirmation of your booking to reserve your rental dates
  • Final payment is required 75 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 75 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation
  • Payment can be settled by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic bank transfer – bank charges apply for both methods
  • Any reasonable amendments to bookings after the original invoice has been issued will attract a USD 50.00 fee – please be reminded not all changes are possible. Reduction of length of stay is considered as partial cancellation and not amendments
  • Any unused facilities are non refundable
  • Cancellation must be informed in writing. A 20% of the total amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before check in date, 50% of the total amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 30 – 60 days before check in date and 100% of the total amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 1 – 29 days before check in date
  • Substitution – In an unlikely situation where Exotic Hideaways and the Owners are unable to provide the guest with the property booked by the guest (i.e sale of a property and force majeure), Exotic Hideaways will will inform the guest at the earliest possible date. Exotic Hideaways reserves the right to transfer the guest and their party to an alternative property of similar type and value, in consultation with the guest and owners. If the alternatives are not available or acceptable to the guest, Exotic Hideaways and the Owners will then refund the guest of all prorated rent and tax paid for the original villa, without further compensation
  • F&B Services – Guest to provide the villa staff with cash float within range US$ 300 – US$ 500 for their consumables at daily basis. A 20% handling fee + 15.5% government tax is charged on top of all supermarket shopping receipts and the villa staff will give back the receipts to the guest including the remaining balance (if any) prior the guest retiring
  • Bond Form – A bond form to guarantee for unsettled bills after departure i.e.: food & beverage, telephone/internet, tour charges, staff overtime, baby sitter, damage, loss and breakage must be signed prior arrival
  • Event – Any events held in the villa must be authorized by Exotic Hideaways. Additional fees such as function fee, local authorization fee, police reports fee and refundable security deposit may apply depends on your event category
  • Code of Conduct – The actions of all occupants of the property shall not interfere with the enjoyment of other holidaymakers or residents. Please reduce music and other loud sounds especially in the outdoor areas after 10:30pm and before 7:30am. Should any complaints arise from local authorities the guests are responsible to pay any penalties/fines
  • Travel Insurance – Exotic Hideaways strongly recommend for their clients to take out travel insurance coverage to protect them in case the trip is cancelled for any reason (medical, accident, force majeure, etc). Exotic Hideaways and the confirmed villa will not accept any liability for loss of rental time due to illness, travel warnings, flight delays, weather or cancellations
  • Liability – Exotic Hideaways and the Villa Owners accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury or lost/damage of personal belongings however caused. The use of all accommodations and amenities including the swimming pool is entirely at the users risk. Children must be supervised by responsible adults all the time, especially when using the pool. Please note that local staff including babysitters/nannies and gardeners are normally unable to swim. Glass items are not permitted in the pool area and fireworks are strictly prohibited
  • Complaints – Exotic Hideaways will make every attempt to have guests enjoying their stay in the villa. Should the guests face any problems during the stay, please inform Exotic Hideaways immediately and we will endeavour to rectify the issues. In order for the guests complaints to be addressed, the guests must communicate any problem whilst on location. If no complaints are reported during the stay, it will be assumed as the whole stay period has reached guest satisfaction and no complaints will be entertained
  • Exotic Hideaways reserves the right to refuse any booking that fails to follow the booking terms and conditions. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid
