Enter Villa Mawar through a winding staircase which is surrounded by palms and large trees, stepping stones over a lotus pond will bring you to the main entrance of Villa Mawar.  The main open air living and dining area is spacious offering cool breezes throughout the day. The dining area is fan-cooled and seats ten people with an additional lounge area with scattered cushions for relaxation. The villa is equipped with a large kitchen which has a separate staff service area. The study is in a separate pavilion which features a lounge, plasma television with satellite connection, DVD player with a movie library and a selection of books. Villa Mawar is well designed and features natural alang-alang and wooden sirap roofing which blends in with its natural surroundings. 

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with private open-air bathroom en-suites. The bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers accompanied by small tropical gardens. Each bedroom has its own balcony with forest and river views. Bedroom one features a king sized four poster bed with a spacious walk-in cupboard connecting to the en-suite bathroom. The private balcony features its own seating area.

Bedroom two is identical in size and interior with glass doors which access the bathroom en-suite with an antique day lounge positioned on the balcony.

The third bedroom features twin beds ideal for children which is located next to bedroom four. The fourth bedroom consists of a king sized bed. Bedroom five features a king sized four poster bed and is located upstairs allowing magnificent and  uninterrupted views of the tropical plantation, vegetation and the flowing Penet River.

The gardens at Villa Mawar are perfectly landscaped with large budha statues which are lit up in the evenings. There is a private lawn area which makes for a perfect setting for evening cocktails. The villa is split level with two swimming pools. One of the swimming pools (4m x 11m) is located on the top level in between bedroom one and bedroom two.  The second swimming pool is located on the lower level (5m x 15m) next to the pool bar. The pool area features loungers and umbrellas for sun bathing and the corner pool bar is equipped with bar stools and perfect for a poolside drink.

The villa also features a separate bale area with loungers which is ideal for entertaining. Villa Mawar has many separate areas which allow its guests to experience total privacy if and when required.

 Villa Mawar is fully staffed with a house manager, housekeepers, cook, gardener/pool attendant and evening security. The villa also features a house  telephone, full mobile coverage, safe deposit boxes in all bedrooms and high-speed wireless internet connection, covering the entire villa and gardens.  Spa treatments are also available in the villa on request basis.

This private tropical forest setting is perfect for families or couples who wish to indulge in luxurious surroundings and experience Bali in its true natural environment.

Terms & Conditions

• All rates are quoted in US dollars and include government taxes • Villa rates are categorized in low and high seasons • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation at Villa Mawar • Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days • Deposits and final payments are non-refundable • Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or by bank telegraphic transfer inclusive of bank transfer fees • Villa check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon. A late check out can be arranged until 6pm at half the rental rate subject to availability • There is a minimum stay requirement of three (3) nights in low season, (5) nights in high season and (7) nights in peak season. • The rental rate is inclusive of return private airport transfers, daily continental breakfast served in the villa and a car with driver for up to 8 consecutive hours per day excluding fuel. • There is a 20% service charge on top of all supermarket shopping receipts • The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent.
