The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with deluxe split air-conditioning units as well as overhead ceiling fans. Each bedroom has an individual en-suite bathroom, featuring the romantic charm of the al fresco outdoor shower bathing experience. All the bedrooms have ocean views with large glass sliding doors. The cool and clean feel of dark teak timber floors underfoot have been used throughout.

The bedrooms have custom made oversized king beds and built in wardrobes. Although often overlooked in tropical homes, all bedrooms here have good quality curtains. The bedroom interiors have been tastefully furnished with a balance of modern rattan and collected pieces. The master bedroom and study are located on the ground level in one wing, with two further ground level bedrooms and a bedroom upstairs opening onto a casual living area housed in another wing.

The stunning main 12m x 8m open living and dining pavilion has been designed for relaxation and entertainment and provides optimum enjoyment of the unforgettable ocean, river and sunset views. This living pavilion, with its high natural alang-alang grass ceiling, tall supporting coconut columns and cool cream terrazzo paved floors is ideal for Bali's casual tropical island climate. Overhead ceiling fans and gentle sea breezes keep everyone cool and the ample lounge area seating assures that there is room for everyone to relax. The lounge has a music system with surround sound speakers in the ceiling. The 3 metre handcrafted coconut shell dining table for 12 makes for easy and elegant dining.

A separate air-conditioned indoor study has a television unit complete with VCD and video systems. A second upstairs casual open living area also has a television unit with VCD, Video and PlayStation systems, as well as a pool table for your enjoyment.

The grounds are beautifully grassed and maintained. The wonderful 18m long swimming pool is lined with green stone with a Palimanan stone surround and is only metres away from the beach.

Villa Sungai Tinggi includes a car with driver (excluding fuel) from 9am-5pm daily.
