Villa Arika with its four spacious queen-bedded rooms and private bathroom en-suites is a five star villa perfect for families and larger groups who simply want to escape and enjoy private luxurious accommodation. All bedrooms are air-conditioned equipped with private balconies, safety deposit boxes and uninterrupted views of the ocean. The living area is open-air, surrounded by water features and lilies - the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the cool breeze. The dining area is air-conditioned with glass sliding access doors, the kitchen is large and fully equipped including refrigerator, oven and microwave. Villa Arika has 13 staff including 24hr security. The villa has a fully trained cook who has carefully prepared a menu with a vast selection of dishes to choose from.    

Spacious manicured gardens overlooking a freeform swimming pool, relaxation pavilion and pool lounges makes Villa Arika a true hideaway. All one can hear is the sound of the ocean and the wind through the palm trees. Some spectacular sunsets can be viewed each afternoon. For the sport minded, Villa Arika is equipped with a tennis court and fitness area with machines and free weights. In-villa spa treatments are available on request.
