Villa Banteng Atas, with its open-style concept, features three fully air-conditioned or fan-cooled en-suite bedrooms, two of which are equipped with queen sized beds and one features twin beds. The living area and dining room overlook a large infinity swimming pool (20m2) and a landscaped lawn area perfect for small parties or candle-lit dinners. Constructed using only natural materials with a combination of alang-alang (thatched) roofing and sirap wood Villa Banteng Atas blends in with its natural surroundings.
The villa features satellite television, wireless internet access, DVD player, CD player, IDD telephone, safety deposit box, a fully equipped kitchen and a villa menu offering a vast selection of food. It is also fully staffed with two trained housekeepers, a chef, 24-hour security and an English-speaking site manager on call. Balinese massage and other spa treatments are available in the villa on request.
Villa Banteng Atas is a charming Balinese villa only 30 minutes drive from Bali’s International airport and 10 minutes from the fashionable district of Seminyak renowned for its world class restaurants, bars and nightlife. The rental rates are inclusive of a private return airport transfer and daily continental breakfast served in the villa.

- Rates are categorised in low and high seasons
- To confirm a reservation a 50% deposit is required. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
- Check out time is 11am
- Late check out is available until 6pm at half the rental rate.
- Full rate applies for check out after 6pm.
- Method of payment: Credit card visa/master/Amex or cash telegraphic transfer which must include telegraphic transfer fees.
- Minimum rental period: 3 nights (low) and 7 nights (High)
- The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, its staff, employees or agent.
