Two Bedroom Villa

Both bedrooms can be considered master suites and are defined by a different colour scheme and pieces of abstract artistry. Polished wooden floors are complemented by streamlined furnishings and unique lighting elements. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a lavish tub and choice of indoor or outdoor shower facilities for a spa-styled bathing experience.
Three Bedroom Villa
The slightly larger three bedroom villa is a modern compound attuned to the Balinese concept of embracing the outdoors. The pool is the main focal point of this particular property whereby each structure appears to be wrapped effortlessly around this refreshing body of water. Enveloped by tropical palms, the villa provides serenity for those seeking total relaxation.
The main living environment is open to the elements and directly faces the swimming pool. A six-seat dining table and equipped kitchen fits neatly into this space. All necessary utensils and tableware are provided for the use of guests choosing to dine in.
The three bedrooms are all very similar in terms of size and a décor. Each is orientated towards the pool and features an earthy décor to soothe the senses. Simple timber furnishings are balanced by traditional paintings to accentuate the creativity of local artisans. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub facility.

Terms & Conditions
All rates are net/villa/night inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge
Villa rates are categorized in low, high and peak seasons
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking
Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable
Villa check-in time: 2pm. Check-out time: 12noon.
Late check out can be arranged until 6pm at half the rental rate subject to availability.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master or Amex) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include any bank fees.
The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation
The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent
