Villa Ocean & Golf features a master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed with ensuite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite and the third bedroom has two single beds with ensuite. There are televisions in all bedrooms with cable connection. Downstairs is a large air-conditioned lounge and dining area with a plasma television with satellite channel connection, CD/DVD players, a movie library, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, garage and a 4-seater electric golf buggy for use around the 100 hectare resort. Upstairs is an open-air pavilion with lounge and dining area offering breathtaking panoramic views of the golf course and the Indian Ocean.  Simply the perfect place for entertaining or relaxing with a good book.

Villa Ocean & Golf has three fully trained staff to assist with cooking, housekeeping, laundry and gardening. They are pleased to assist with any requirements to ensure you have a relaxed vacation. In-villa spa and massage services are available on request.

Guests enjoy complimentary use of Le Meridien lagoon swimming pool,  kids club, fitness center, tennis and squash courts. Golf resident discounts are also extended. Car and driver can be arranged at a nominal fee.

Terms & Conditions

Villa rates are quoted in US dollars including tax and service charges Villa rates are categorized in High, Low and Peak seasons   A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required on receiving confirmation of your booking Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to secure your reservation Deposits and final payments are non-refundable Villa check out time is 1pm. Late check out can be arranged at half the rental rate subject to availability. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees. Private return airport transfers included  Villa Ocean and Golf has it’s own battery operated golf buggy for use by the rental guests. The guest is solely responsible for the buggy should there be any damage. The buggy can only be used around the resort and not on the golf course The villa reserves the right at anytime in it’s sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party.   Events and functions at the villa must be authorized by Exotic Hideaways The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it’s staff, employees or agent
