Sited on 4.554 m2 surrounded by lush tropical forest, from the moment you enter Villa Umah Cagaan you will pass a dramatic pathway and enter into exquisite landscaped gardens, enhanced by harmony combined with the spirit of traditional culture and modern comforts. The newly complete Villa Umah Cagaan consists of four air conditioned bedrooms, large living and dining area, Television room, spa room, western style kitchen, open living space, a large salt water swimming pool, a guest bedroom and a gymnasium for the guests who enjoy working out.

The master bedroom is linked by a hallway from the living area, it is beautifully decorated with accents on dark hard wooden floors and the decor is in red and cream coloring, with a large en-suite bathroom and two wooden verandah's which open up onto the forest and the swimming pool.

The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, just below the open living area, these air-conditioned bedrooms are featuring king sized beds and private spacious en-suite bathrooms, with two large sliding glass doors that open onto the garden and the river.
The guest bedroom is located on the second floor of a different building, separated from the main house, featuring a spacious sleeping area, with the wooden verandah facing the paddy field and its natural surroundings, with a walkway to the entrance and stone steps leading to the gymnasium.

The ground floor entertainment room is completed with all the modern equipment one requires such as a large TV screen, stereo sound system, DVD players as well as wireless high speed internet connection.

The living and dining area open up onto the lotus pond and the garden, the whole area is semi open to provide air circulation, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas, large coffee table and adjacent washroom for the use of visitors, the verandah is facing the forest on the back of the property, the dining area seats eight people.  A fully equipped kitchen features modern conveniences for meal preparation. It includes a marble stove, fit in cabinets and loads of room for storage.

The spa area is fully equipped with massage beds, antique wooden shelves and a bathroom. The spa is surrounded by lush gardens and the ideal place for relaxation. Villa Umah Cagaan is surrounded tropical gardens; including a large tepan yaki bale and a large salt water swimming pool also an open Balinese pavilion equipped with a day bad, chairs, large twelve seat dining table and a study table it also offers a space where guests can relax while taking in the magnificent scenery. The garden is large enough for children to play or to even hold a wedding ceremony or special event.

At your service, 1 manager is supervising 8 permanent staff including 1 experienced cook, 3 housekeepers, 2 gardeners and maintenance also 2 vigilant 24 hour security guards. Rates are inclusive of a car with driver for 10 hours per day. (excludes fuel)
